البطاقة أسهل من إرسال رابط واتساب طويل وكل موظف يقدر يحملها معه. السعر أعلى من كرت عادي، لكن الاستخدام مختلف تماماً. باقي التجربة كانت جيدة بشكل عام.

The finished piece was close to the approved preview and looks appropriate in a client-facing area. This was a custom order and we asked for several revisions before approval, so matching the final brief mattered more than rushing production.

استخدمناه بأكثر من منطقة جلوس وحافظنا على نفس الشكل بكل الطاولات. غيرنا مكان الستاند مرة وصار أوضح للعميل. التنظيف اليومي سهل وما احتجنا نتعامل معه بحذر مبالغ فيه. بالنسبة لي أدى المطلوب بدون تعقيد.

أكثر شيء استفدت منه إني أقدر أراجع النشاط وأعدل البيانات من نفس المكان. اخترنا خطة أصغر من احتياجنا أول مرة واضطرينا نراجع العدد. لو عندك رابط واحد فقط يمكن ما تحتاج خطة كبيرة من البداية. باقي التجربة كانت جيدة بشكل عام.

المقاس مناسب للاستخدام اليومي وما حسيت إنه ثقيل على الحيوان. اخترنا شكلاً مخصصاً واحتجنا نخفف التفاصيل حتى تبقى القراءة واضحة على الحجم الصغير.

QR and NFC reduced how often we need to print another menu after a content change. The layout is clear without unnecessary detail.

حطيناه على الطاولات وصار العميل يفتح المنيو بنفسه قبل ما يوصل الموظف. كنت أفضل خيار مقاس إضافي بين المقاسين. باقي التجربة كانت جيدة بشكل عام. عدلنا المقاس وترتيب العناصر حتى يناسب هوية المكان بدل استخدام تصميم جاهز.

We ordered several cards for the sales team and kept the branding consistent across the group. At events it is faster when conversations are short and there are many people to meet. Some people scan the QR immediately while others prefer NFC. For me it does the job without unnecessary complexity.

QR and NFC give someone more than one way to open the contact information. The edges are finished neatly. The color matched the collar better than I expected.

At first we had several links but the naming was messy, so the analytics were not very useful. We reorganized them by branch and use case and the dashboard became much more meaningful. Now we can compare activity instead of asking the team what they think is happening. That was the point where the plan started to make sense for us.

The card itself is straightforward and customers understand the QR quickly. Our issue was internal: a few staff members kept forgetting to present it after the service. Once we assigned a card to each person and added it to the checkout routine, usage became much more consistent. Good tool, but it does not replace staff discipline.

We already had a QR code before, but the stand made the call to action much more obvious. During the first couple of days staff needed reminders to present it consistently. For me it does the job without unnecessary complexity.

We use it at reception in Abu Dhabi and it solved a simple problem: customers no longer have to search for the correct listing after the visit. Staff point to the stand, the customer taps or scans, and the process is done. A few guests still prefer QR, so having both options is important.

التنفيذ النهائي جيد، لكن وصلنا له بعد عدة تعديلات لأن طلبنا كان مخصص وفيه تفاصيل كثيرة. جزء من التأخير كان من عندنا لأننا غيرنا القياسات بعد أول معاينة، فصار الاستلام أقرب لسبعة أيام. ما عندي مشكلة مع النتيجة، بس اللي يطلب Custom لازم يحسم التفاصيل بسرعة إذا مستعجل.

أكثر شيء عجبني وجود NFC وQR مع بعض لأن كل عميل يستخدم الطريقة اللي يعرفها. — وبالنسبة لـMODEL 06 – ACRYLIC NFC REVIEW STAND تحديداً، كتبت هالملاحظة بعد ما استخدمناه أكثر من مرة.

During busy periods guests reach the service list without waiting for staff to explain where it is. We adjusted the size and layout to suit the venue branding instead of using a standard ready-made design.

The final layout stayed readable even on the smaller size we chose. Thankfully we have not needed it for an actual lost-pet situation 😅, but we tested the link several times. The color matched the collar better than I expected. It has been more practical than I expected. We chose a custom look and had to simplify a few details so the small tag stayed readable.

الشكل النهائي قريب من المعاينة والخامة مناسبة لمكان استقبال رسمي. بعض العملاء ما يعرفون NFC فوجود QR كان مهم جداً. — وبالنسبة لـMODEL 04 – ACRYLIC NFC REVIEW STAND تحديداً، هذا انطباعي بعد ما صار جزء من الروتين اليومي.

The stand looks clean on the counter and staff only need a short explanation when presenting it. Some customers do not use NFC, so keeping the QR option was important. For me it does the job without unnecessary complexity.

بالاستقبال كانت مفيدة لأن الموظف ما عاد يحتاج يحفظ رابط جوجل أو ينسخه. بعض العملاء يفضلون QR وبعضهم يجرب NFC مباشرة. نفكر نضيف كمية للفرع الثاني إذا استمر الاستخدام بنفس الشكل. التجربة عملية أكثر مما توقعت.

أول ما شفت السعر قلت بصراحة غالي مقارنة بكرت عادي. بعد الاستخدام فهمت إن المقارنة مو عادلة لأن هنا عندي NFC وQR وبروفايل أقدر أعدله بدل ما أعيد الطباعة كل مرة. ما زلت أشوف السعر يحتاج تفكير، لكن بالنسبة لاستخدامي بالشغل القيمة موجودة.

Keeping links and analytics in one account lets us see actual usage instead of relying on assumptions. If you only need one link, a larger plan probably does not make sense yet.

Our brief was not simple and we changed the layout more than once before approval. We eventually ordered 40 stands for different tables and wanted every piece to look consistent. The quantity price helped, but the bigger point was getting the custom layout right across the full batch. It took some back and forth, but the finished set matched what we approved.

ما كنا نبي ستاند جاهز ونحط عليه شعار وخلاص. عدلنا المقاس وترتيب العناصر حتى يناسب الطاولات وهوية المكان، وبعدها استخدمناه للمنيو والخدمات. في دبي أغلب الزبائن فهموا QR مباشرة، واللي يستخدم NFC يفتح المحتوى أسرع. النتيجة طلعت مرتبة وما حسينا إن القطعة غريبة عن ديكور المكان.

The useful part for me is being able to update digital information later without printing another card. At events it is faster when conversations are short and there are many people to meet.

The card is easier than sending a long WhatsApp link and each employee can keep one with them. Some customers prefer QR while others tap with NFC immediately.

We use it at the end of service and asking for a review feels more natural than sending a long link. The product helps, but staff still need to remember to ask for the review. We moved the QR position before production and the final layout looked cleaner. The rest of the experience was good overall.

The tag is light on the collar and my main priority is making contact details easy to reach if the pet gets lost.

بصراحة كان عندنا QR من قبل وكنت مستغرب ليش التقييمات قليلة مع إن الستاند موجود. لما استخدمنا الستاند مع NFC وخصصنا رابط مختلف لكل نقطة استقبال صار عندنا قراءة أوضح من التحليلات: أي نقطة عليها تفاعل أكثر وأي موظف يحتاج يذكّر العميل بالطريقة بشكل أفضل. حتى الفرع الثاني صار عليه تفاعل أعلى بعد ما غيرنا مكان الستاند وطريقة طلب التقييم. أكثر فائدة بالنسبة لي إننا وقفنا نخمن وصار عندنا شيء واضح نشتغل عليه.

The size works well for daily use and does not feel heavy on the collar. It took me a while to decide which size was right. Packaging was simple and tidy. The rest of the experience was good overall.
