المقاس مناسب للاستخدام اليومي وما حسيت إنه ثقيل على الحيوان. الحمدلله ما احتجناها بحالة ضياع فعلي 😅 لكن اختبرنا الرابط أكثر من مرة.

We placed it on the tables and guests can open the menu before the server reaches them. We approved the artwork late, so delivery ended up closer to six or seven days. We moved the stand once and it became much more visible. That is the main point I would improve; the product itself still did the job.

استخدمناه بعد انتهاء الخدمة وصار طلب التقييم طبيعي أكثر من إرسال رابط طويل. أول لون اخترناه ما كان متوفر واضطرينا نبدله. بعد ما غيرنا مكان الستاند صار التفاعل أحسن من أول. الملاحظة عندي على هالنقطة تحديداً، أما المنتج نفسه أدى الوظيفة. الطلب كان مخصص وطلبنا أكثر من تعديل قبل الاعتماد، فالمهم كان يطلع الشكل النهائي مثل المطلوب مو مجرد سرعة التنفيذ.

اشتريت البطاقة لوالدتي. بآخر فترة من عمرها كانت تنسى كثير، فخلّينا البطاقة معها كبطاقة تعريف بسيطة عنها، فيها بياناتها الأساسية ورابط مباشر لجهة اتصالي حتى إذا احتاج أحد يساعدها يقدر يوصل لي. ومن يومين فعلًا استخدمها أحد الأشخاص وتواصل معي من خلالها لأول مرة. وقتها حسيت إن فائدتها بالنسبة إلنا كانت أكبر من مجرد كرت أعمال. مشكورين.

أكثر شيء عجبني وجود NFC وQR مع بعض لأن كل عميل يستخدم الطريقة اللي يعرفها.

الشكل النهائي واضح حتى مع المقاس الصغير اللي اخترناه. الحواف مرتبة وما فيها شيء مزعج. مرتاح من النتيجة اليومية.

The size works well for daily use and does not feel heavy on the collar. Thankfully we have not needed it for an actual lost-pet situation 😅, but we tested the link several times. The edges are finished neatly. We chose a custom look and had to simplify a few details so the small tag stayed readable.

The first stand arrived with a crack from the courier. Support was polite and arranged a replacement after I sent photos, but I still lost a few days waiting for the second piece. The replacement itself was good and works as expected. My rating is for the full experience, not only the final product.

The plan is fine for our size, but I needed help understanding part of the analytics on the first day. Support explained how we should name and separate the links, and after that the reports were much easier to read. I would still improve the first-time explanation, but the system itself is useful once it is organized properly.

حطيناه على الطاولات وصار العميل يفتح المنيو بنفسه قبل ما يوصل الموظف. التنظيف اليومي سهل وما احتجنا نتعامل معه بحذر مبالغ فيه.

الشكل النهائي قريب من المعاينة والخامة مناسبة لمكان استقبال رسمي. بعض العملاء ما يعرفون NFC فوجود QR كان مهم جداً.

بالنسبة للخدمات، العميل يفتح القائمة مباشرة ويشوف الخيارات قبل ما يسأل الموظف. التصميم واضح وما فيه تفاصيل زايدة.

We manage more than one card and stand from the same account, which makes link updates easier. On the first day we had to rename the links consistently so reports were easier to read. I am happy with the day-to-day result.

كان عندنا QR من قبل لكن الستاند خلّى الطلب أوضح للعميل والموظف مع بعض. بأول يومين احتجنا نذكر الموظفين يستخدمونه بوقت نهاية الخدمة. بعض العملاء ما يعرفون NFC فوجود QR كان مهم جداً. بالنسبة لي أدى المطلوب بدون تعقيد.

حطيناه على الطاولات وصار العميل يفتح المنيو بنفسه قبل ما يوصل الموظف. مع الكمية أخذنا سعر أفضل للقطعة. غيرنا مكان الستاند مرة وصار أوضح للعميل. بالنسبة لي أدى المطلوب بدون تعقيد. عدلنا المقاس وترتيب العناصر حتى يناسب هوية المكان بدل استخدام تصميم جاهز.

I tested the link myself before attaching the tag and the contact page opened directly. The QR is clear for the size.

بدأنا بكمية صغيرة حتى نجرب الفكرة وبعدها صار الاستخدام جزء من الروتين. بعض العملاء يفضلون QR وبعضهم يجرب NFC مباشرة. اعتمدنا التصميم ووصل الطلب تقريباً خلال 4 إلى 5 أيام.

الستاند مرتب على الكونتر والموظف يحتاج يشرح الفكرة بجملة قصيرة فقط. بأول يومين احتجنا نذكر الموظفين يستخدمونه بوقت نهاية الخدمة.

أكثر شيء استفدت منه إني أقدر أراجع النشاط وأعدل البيانات من نفس المكان. أول يوم احتجنا نرتب أسماء الروابط حتى نفهم التقارير بسرعة.

In meetings I can let the person open my profile and save the contact details instead of handing over another paper card. At events it is faster when conversations are short and there are many people to meet.

وقت الزحمة صار الوصول للخدمات أسرع وما عاد الموظف يشرح وين القائمة لكل طاولة. مع الكمية أخذنا سعر أفضل للقطعة. التنظيف اليومي سهل وما احتجنا نتعامل معه بحذر مبالغ فيه. عدلنا المقاس وترتيب العناصر حتى يناسب هوية المكان بدل استخدام تصميم جاهز.

أكثر شيء استفدت منه إني أقدر أراجع النشاط وأعدل البيانات من نفس المكان. قدرنا نعدل البيانات بدون ما نغير القطعة المطبوعة.

استخدامي بسيط وعندي رابط واحد، لذلك حسيت السعر بالبداية أعلى من اللي احتاجه. النظام نفسه مرتب والتحليلات مفيدة، لكن نصيحتي لا تاخذ خطة أكبر من استخدامك وتقول يمكن أحتاجها لاحقاً. ابدأ على قد شغلك ووسع لما يصير عندك سبب واضح.

الميزة بالنسبة لي إني أقدر أعدل البيانات الرقمية لاحقاً بدون ما أعيد طباعة الكرت. لو استخدامك قليل جداً يمكن الكرت العادي يكفي، أما أنا استفدت من التحديث والـNFC. باقي التجربة كانت جيدة بشكل عام.

التعليقة مرتبة وخفيفة والرابط اشتغل معي مباشرة، لكن بصراحة السعر أعلى من تعليقة عادية بكثير. بالنسبة لي اللي يبررها هو NFC وإمكانية تعديل بيانات التواصل، مو الشكل لحاله. لو الواحد ما راح يستخدم الجزء الرقمي يمكن ما يحتاج يدفع الفرق.

أكثر شيء عجبني وجود NFC وQR مع بعض لأن كل عميل يستخدم الطريقة اللي يعرفها. السعر مو الأرخص بصراحة لكن الجودة والتشطيب واضحين. الملاحظة عندي على هالنقطة تحديداً، أما المنتج نفسه أدى الوظيفة.

The final layout stayed readable even on the smaller size we chose.

The finished piece was close to the approved preview and looks appropriate in a client-facing area. Interaction improved after we changed where the stand was positioned.

شركة الشحن سلمتني القطعة وفيها كسر واضح، فبصراحة أول انطباع كان سيئ. تواصلت مع الدعم وأرسلت الصور، وتم ترتيب بديل بدون نقاش طويل. البديل وصل سليم والتعامل كان محترم، لكن طبيعي تقييمي للتجربة كاملة ينزل بسبب التأخير الإضافي.

We use the same style across several seating areas and the presentation stays consistent. The larger quantity gave us a better unit price. We adjusted the size and layout to suit the venue branding instead of using a standard ready-made design.
