ADMAL Services and Customer Responsibilities

ADMAL provides smart physical products and digital services. For example, some products may require preparation, customization, testing, and shipping. In addition, some services may include digital pages, QR/NFC access, public links, review pages, menu pages, pet or animal pages, social media links, Google links, file/document links, contact-saving tools, exchange information forms, analytics, reports, and other digital features.

However, the available features depend on the selected product, plan, activation status, subscription status, and service settings.

Moreover, ADMAL may update, improve, add, remove, or change features at any time to improve the website, products, or digital services.

Additionally, customers are responsible for creating and managing their account information correctly.

In particular, the customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal, business, billing, and delivery information.
  • Keeping account login details secure.
  • Entering and updating their own digital content.
  • Making sure links, phone numbers, emails, images, file links, Google links, review links, and other submitted information are correct.
  • Ensuring that any content added to ADMAL does not violate the rights of others.

ADMAL is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information entered by the customer.

Customer Content and Order Information

For example, customers may add or submit information, images, logos, links, file links, business details, social media links, menu details, review links, pet information, form fields, or other content to be displayed or used in ADMAL digital services.

Furthermore, when customers submit content, they confirm that they have the right to use it and allow ADMAL to display, process, store, or connect it to the selected service.

Therefore, ADMAL may remove or disable content if it appears to be illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, inappropriate, infringing, or harmful to the website, customers, visitors, or ADMAL services.

For example, when a customer places an order, the order may include a physical product, a digital service, a subscription, a QR plan, or a combination of these.

In practice, order processing may depend on:

  • Payment confirmation.
  • Product availability.
  • Customer information.
  • Production requirements.
  • Delivery details.
  • Manual review or approval when required.

ADMAL may contact the customer if additional information is required to prepare or activate the product or service.

Additionally, prices, plans, features, and product availability may change from time to time.

Physical Product Preparation and Delivery

For example, some ADMAL products are physical items that require preparation before delivery. This may include reviewing the order, preparing materials, cutting, printing, production, customization, linking, testing, and preparing the order for shipping.

However, if a product is customized or prepared for the customer, cancellation or refund may become difficult or unavailable once execution starts.

In addition, ADMAL checks and tests products before shipping where applicable. Accordingly, delivery times may vary depending on product type, quantity, required information, shipping company, and delivery area.

Digital Services and QR Plans

Furthermore, ADMAL digital services may be activated after payment and product activation. Some eligible products may include a free digital service period according to ADMAL’s active policy.

However, after the free period or subscription period ends, digital features may stop or become unavailable unless the customer renews the service.

As a result, this may affect:

  • Public links.
  • QR/NFC destination.
  • Digital pages.
  • Forms.
  • Analytics.
  • Reports.
  • Data viewing or export.
  • Other service features connected to the active plan.

However, the physical product remains with the customer, but the connected digital service may require renewal to remain active.

ADMAL offers a Free plan for one profile link for one year, which does not renew. In addition, paid QR plans are also available and may have their own features, limits, usage rules, and prices. Customers may upgrade or downgrade a QR plan depending on available options.

However, changing a QR plan may affect the previous subscription, available features, data access, permissions, and service limits. The customer cannot run two active QR plan subscriptions on the same account at the same time unless ADMAL clearly allows it.

Once a QR plan is activated or used, refunds are difficult and not guaranteed. Cancellation usually means stopping the service or preventing future renewal, not necessarily refunding the current active period.

Cancellations and Product Issues

In general, cancellation and refund requests are reviewed based on the product type, service type, payment status, preparation status, activation status, and applicable policy.

For physical products, however, cancellation may be reviewed only if product execution has not started. Once execution, customization, production, linking, testing, or shipping preparation starts, refund may become difficult or unavailable.

Cancellation requests must be sent through ADMAL support using the approved support channel, such as WhatsApp support, so the request can be reviewed and confirmed clearly.

Disabling a technical link, digital page, or service data may be possible, but refund eligibility is mainly connected to the execution status of the physical product or activation status of the digital service or plan.

Defects and Product Support

When a customer receives a physical product with a manufacturing defect or operational issue not caused by misuse, the customer should contact ADMAL within the allowed support period stated on the website or Help Center.

After contact, Next, ADMAL may review the case and may request photos, videos, order details, or product information.

If the issue is accepted for review or handling, shipping fees may apply according to ADMAL’s stated policy.

ADMAL is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, water, heat, breaking, scratching, improper handling, modification, or any customer-caused damage.

Acceptable Use and Customer Safety

In addition, customers and visitors must not use ADMAL services for illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

In particular, users must not:

  • Upload or share illegal content.
  • Use ADMAL links for spam, scams, impersonation, or fraud.

  • Attempt to hack, damage, overload, or disrupt the website.
  • Copy or misuse ADMAL designs, systems, services, or content.
  • Use ADMAL services in a way that harms ADMAL, customers, visitors, or third parties.

For example, ADMAL digital pages may include links to third-party platforms such as social media, Google services, review platforms, file-sharing platforms, payment providers, delivery providers, or external websites.

However, ADMAL is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, policies, or actions of third-party platforms.

When visitors open third-party links, they are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those platforms.

Additionally, ADMAL may allow customers to add file or document links inside supported digital services.

However, this does not necessarily mean that ADMAL uploads, stores, hosts, or provides direct file downloads. The customer may use a sharing link from the place where the file is hosted, such as a cloud storage or file-sharing platform.

As a result, visitors can open or browse the file depending on the link permissions and the third-party platform used.

The customer is responsible for making sure the file link is correct, accessible, safe, and legally allowed to be shared.

Furthermore, all ADMAL website content, design elements, branding, layouts, systems, product structure, software, text, graphics, and service concepts are owned by ADMAL or licensed to ADMAL unless stated otherwise.

Therefore, customers may not copy, reproduce, resell, modify, or misuse ADMAL content, designs, services, or systems without written permission.

Customer-submitted content remains the customer’s responsibility. By submitting content, the customer gives ADMAL permission to use it only as needed to provide the selected product or service.

Service Availability and Interruptions

ADMAL aims to keep its website and services available and working properly. However, services may sometimes be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, hosting problems, third-party provider issues, security reasons, or events outside ADMAL’s control.

ADMAL is not responsible for temporary service interruptions, third-party outages, or issues caused by incorrect customer content, expired subscriptions, or external platforms.

Liability and Policy Updates

In general, ADMAL provides its products and services with reasonable care. However, ADMAL is not responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, lost profits, missed leads, loss of data caused by customer misuse, third-party issues, expired services, incorrect customer information, or external platform failures.

In those cases, ADMAL’s responsibility, when applicable, is limited to the product or service purchased and the specific issue reviewed by ADMAL.

ADMAL may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updates may be made to reflect changes in services, products, laws, policies, or website operation.

Therefore, continued use of the website or services after updates means the customer accepts the updated terms.
