We placed it on the tables and guests can open the menu before the server reaches them. We approved the artwork late, so delivery ended up closer to six or seven days. We moved the stand once and it became much more visible. That is the main point I would improve; the product itself still did the job.

We placed it at reception and customers can open the review page without searching for the business first. Some customers do not use NFC, so keeping the QR option was important.

We placed units at different service points and the process is easier to keep consistent. Some customers do not use NFC, so keeping the QR option was important. During the first couple of days staff needed reminders to present it consistently.

We use it at the end of service and asking for a review feels more natural than sending a long link. During the first couple of days staff needed reminders to present it consistently.

The size works well for daily use and does not feel heavy on the collar. Thankfully we have not needed it for an actual lost-pet situation 😅, but we tested the link several times. The edges are finished neatly. We chose a custom look and had to simplify a few details so the small tag stayed readable.

The first stand arrived with a crack from the courier. Support was polite and arranged a replacement after I sent photos, but I still lost a few days waiting for the second piece. The replacement itself was good and works as expected. My rating is for the full experience, not only the final product.

The plan is fine for our size, but I needed help understanding part of the analytics on the first day. Support explained how we should name and separate the links, and after that the reports were much easier to read. I would still improve the first-time explanation, but the system itself is useful once it is organized properly.

The size works well for daily use and does not feel heavy on the collar. The color matched the collar better than I expected. — For MODEL 02 – ACRYLIC NFC PET TAG specifically, I wrote this after using it more than once.

We manage more than one card and stand from the same account, which makes link updates easier. On the first day we had to rename the links consistently so reports were easier to read. I am happy with the day-to-day result.

I tested the link myself before attaching the tag and the contact page opened directly. The QR is clear for the size.

We already had a QR code before, but the stand made the call to action much more obvious. Some customers do not use NFC, so keeping the QR option was important. This was a custom order and we asked for several revisions before approval, so matching the final brief mattered more than rushing production.

In meetings I can let the person open my profile and save the contact details instead of handing over another paper card. At events it is faster when conversations are short and there are many people to meet.

At reception it is useful because staff do not need to remember or copy the Google link. Some customers prefer QR while others tap with NFC immediately.

We use it at the end of service and asking for a review feels more natural than sending a long link. Our first color choice was unavailable so we changed it. That is the main point I would improve; the product itself still did the job.

QR and NFC give someone more than one way to open the contact information. It took me a while to decide which size was right. The rest of the experience was good overall. We chose a custom look and had to simplify a few details so the small tag stayed readable.

During busy periods guests reach the service list without waiting for staff to explain where it is. We moved the stand once and it became much more visible.

We placed units at different service points and the process is easier to keep consistent. We ordered a larger quantity and the unit price was better than buying one at a time. During the first couple of days staff needed reminders to present it consistently. I may order again as we expand.

We already had a QR code before, but the stand made the call to action much more obvious. We needed one extra design revision before approval. The rest of the experience was good overall.

We placed it at reception and customers can open the review page without searching for the business first. I would prefer a slightly heavier base, although it is stable in normal use. We moved the QR position before production and the final layout looked cleaner. The rest of the experience was good overall.

The final layout stayed readable even on the smaller size we chose.

The finished piece was close to the approved preview and looks appropriate in a client-facing area. Interaction improved after we changed where the stand was positioned.

We use the same style across several seating areas and the presentation stays consistent. The larger quantity gave us a better unit price. We adjusted the size and layout to suit the venue branding instead of using a standard ready-made design.
