ADMAL User Guide

ADMAL User Guide: From Order to Daily Management

A practical guide covering ordering, My Cards, My QR, Edit Digital ID, page types, links/files, testing/sharing, analytics, contacts, subscriptions, orders and account management.

Type a feature or task to jump to the relevant section.

01

Start here

Choose what you want to do now and jump to the correct ADMAL area.

I bought a physical product

Check Subscriptions for the linked service, then My Cards for the digital identity.

I subscribed to a QR plan

Open My QR, Add QR Link, then choose Profile, Review, Menu or Pet.

I want to edit information

Open the existing item and use Start Now / Edit / Form Settings. Do not create a second link just to change data.

I want analytics

Use Analyze from the card/QR item or open Analytics.

I received a contact request

Open Exchange Contact or Address Book, follow up, then use Mark as Contacted.

I have an account issue

Open Settings, or use Forgot Password when you do not know the password.

Not sure what to buy?

If you are unsure about the product, QR plan, review platform or product option, contact support before checkout.

02

Order a physical product

The purchase path for a physical card, stand or tag connected to ADMAL Digital.

  1. 01
    Choose the correct product

Start with the use case: Business Card, Review Card, Review Stand, Menu Stand or Pet Tag.

  2. 02
    Review product options

Review every option shown by that product: size, material, color, mode/fulfilment option, and Unique / Duplicate when offered. Do not assume every product has the same options. For Review products, select the correct platform before payment.

  3. 03
    Review the cart

Confirm item name, quantity and options before checkout.

  4. 04
    Complete checkout

Enter billing, shipping and payment details, then place the order.

  5. 05
    Keep confirmation

You receive a confirmation page/email. ADMAL may contact you to confirm production or customization data.

  6. 06
    Go to the dashboard

The linked service appears in Subscriptions; its digital identity appears in My Cards.

Account during checkout

If the site asks you to sign in or register, use the account you want to keep for future orders and digital identities. If you already have an account or use Google with the same email, do not create a second account.

Before final production

Review anything that will be printed or fixed on the physical product. Digital content is easier to change later than a produced item.

03

Buy a Digital QR Plan

A QR package is separate from a physical-product subscription and provides capacity for independent My QR links.

  1. 01
    Open Pricing

Choose QR 1, QR 3, QR 7, QR 10 or QR 20 based on the number of links you need.

  2. 02
    Complete checkout

Choose the plan, pay, then keep the confirmation page/email.

  3. 03
    Check Subscriptions

Your QR Package status and period appear there.

  4. 04
    Open My QR

Select Add QR Link, choose the type, then Create QR.

  5. 05
    Configure it

Open Form Settings / Edit and enter the page data.

Used

Links currently consuming package capacity under the current usage model.

Remaining

Unused capacity available for new QR links.

Every link is independent

Each QR has its own UID, public URL, page type, content, style, controls and analytics.

04

Manage QR Plan Links

Create, edit, disable, delete and restore are different operations.

Create QRCreates a new QR identity from package capacity.
Form Settings / EditEdits the existing link without creating a new UID.
ViewOpens the real public page.
AnalyzeOpens analytics for the current link.
Share / Show QRPublic URL, QR view/download and sharing.

Use sharing tools to distribute the same existing identity, not to create another QR. Verify the Public URL, then test View QR / Download QR from another phone before printing or distribution.

Disable / EnableTemporary public-access control without deletion.

Disable temporarily stops public access; Enable restores it when the link/subscription state allows. Use this when a page is not ready or should be hidden temporarily. Do not use Delete for a temporary pause.

Delete / RestoreDeletion with a restore window, not a hide control.

The current My QR confirmation states that a deleted link can be restored within 30 days. Restore is intended to return the same identity/UID when eligible and capacity is available. If the QR is already printed, confirm the impact before deletion.

Free / Trial / Expired

Available controls can differ by package state. Use the action shown for the current state; if the system rejects it, do not create a replacement UID as a workaround.

05

Where do I find everything?

A map of the dashboard after purchase.

Choose the area you want to understand

The descriptions here are intentionally short. Select an area to open its guide; the guide includes a return button to the same option.

06

Start Now and Edit Digital ID

This editor controls what visitors see on the public ADMAL experience.

  1. 01
    Open the correct item

From My Cards or My QR, open the card/link you want.

  2. 02
    Start editing

Use Start Now or Form Settings / Edit.

  3. 03
    Choose the style

Use Current Style / Choose Style / Apply Style. Page Type controls function; Style controls presentation.

  4. 04
    Complete needed fields

Enable only the sections you want and use real information.

  5. 05
    Save Changes

    Save and review Live Preview.

  6. 06
    Open the public link

Use Open Digital Link / View to test the real public version.

Important rule

Edit the existing identity when changing information. Do not create a second QR just to update a phone number, URL or image.

07

Choose the Page Type and Style

Choose function first, then presentation from the preview.

Profile / BusinessExecutive, Professional, Creator, Company. Free may also appear depending on service/account.
Review — One LinkGoogle, Trustpilot, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook, Clutch.
Review StandStand — a multi-link review experience.
MenuBlack, White, Creator.
Pet / AnimalsBlack, White, Creator.
Page Type vs StyleType controls function; Style controls presentation.

Choose the Page Type by purpose first: Profile, Review, Menu or Pet. Then choose the Style from the actual preview. Do not change the page type only to obtain a different visual treatment.

Profile FreeThe current form definition includes Free as an additional option.

The current form includes Free alongside Executive / Professional / Creator / Company. Some field groups are not shown in Free, so follow the fields presented by the editor instead of assuming all primary-style features are available.

Review StylesA functional platform choice, not only a visual choice.

Google / Trustpilot / Yelp / TripAdvisor / Facebook / Clutch identify the intended review destination. Select the correct platform and use the matching Review Link. Stand is different because it supports multiple links.

Menu and Pet

The current source confirms the Black / White / Creator names. The guide intentionally avoids inventing visual differences that should be judged from the actual preview.

08

Profile / Business Guide

Profile is the broadest page type and covers identity, contact, experience, links, files and gallery.

Simple fields — complete them directly

NameThe public name you want to display.
Age & CountryOptional when appropriate to the identity.
SubheadingShort role or identity line.
DescriptionA concise useful introduction.
PhoneContact number; use an international format when appropriate.
EmailA valid customer-facing email address.
AddressText address when the field is shown.
SkillsShort, clear skill labels.

Fields that need extra attention

Cover Photo / Profile PhotoImage quality, size and style-dependent visibility.

Use a clear web-optimized image. The documented editor UI shows a 1 MB limit for the visible Cover/Profile fields there; always follow the limit shown by the current field. Some Styles hide Cover or Profile Photo, so a missing field can be normal.

Website / Map URLUse the complete destination, not only a name.

Website: use a complete URL such as https://example.com. Map URL: open the exact Google Maps location → Share → Copy Link. Test the destination from another device.

Exchange Contact + Button NameReceive visitor details inside ADMAL.

Enable Exchange Contact only when you want visitors to send their details. When enabled, Button Name appears so you can label the action. Follow submissions in Exchange Contact / Address Book and use Mark as Contacted after follow-up.

Experience — MAX 3Experience groups appear sequentially.

Each entry contains Job Title, Company, Period and Description. The current maximum is 3 experiences. Experience 2 appears after Experience 1 has Job Title + Company; Experience 3 appears after the same base fields are entered for Experience 2.

Social LinksThese are URL fields, not username-only fields.

Current services include WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Telegram, X and Pinterest. Open the exact public profile/page and copy the complete URL. WhatsApp example: https://wa.me/971501234567.

Google ServicesEvery action needs the correct destination URL.

Current fields include Google Maps, Google Review, Calendar Booking, Meet, Drive, Docs, Form and Google Play. Do not use a generic google.com URL; paste the exact service/file/location destination and test it while signed out when relevant.

LanguagesEnable the language, then select the level.

Current options are English, Arabic, Russian, French, Turkish, Urdu and Hindi. Each enabled language exposes Basic / Intermediate / Advanced / Fluent. Enable only languages you want to present publicly.

PDF / File Links — up to 3Clear label + public URL for each file.

The current structure supports up to 3 named file links. Use a label such as Company Profile, then add the public viewing URL. Additional file fields appear sequentially. Test the link in incognito so access does not depend on your login.

Gallery — 1 Photo/Video + 4 ImagesFive media positions in the current structure.

The first slot is Photo OR Video with a text/caption field, followed by Photo 2 through Photo 5 with their text fields. Do not apply the image 1 MB rule to video automatically; the inspected data does not provide a verified field-specific video MB maximum.

If a field is missing

Some fields are Style-dependent, and Free exposes a smaller set. Follow the actual Edit Digital ID form for the current item instead of trying to force a field that is not shown.

09

Review — One Link Guide

The goal is focused: route the visitor to one intended review platform.

Simple fields

Logo / PhotoBusiness logo or a clear image.
Brand / NameBusiness name — required in the current form.
Short DescriptionShort visitor-facing message.
Button TextReview button label when editable.
Review Link — requiredThe direct destination for the selected review platform.

Review Link is required. Select the correct platform Style, then paste the direct destination for the same business on Google / Trustpilot / Yelp / TripAdvisor / Facebook / Clutch. Do not use the platform homepage or another business.

Required test: open the public page on another phone and tap the review button before printing.

Printed Review Card

If the physical product is tied to a specific platform, confirm platform and URL before production; changing the destination later may require support/order adjustment.

10

Review Stand — Multi-link Guide

Review Stand supports multiple destinations in one Stand style.

Simple fields

Logo / PhotoBusiness logo or image.
Brand / NameBusiness name — required.
Short DescriptionShort review prompt/introduction.
Button TextClear label for each button.
Link 1 through Link 6The same pattern repeats; it does not need six separate explanations.

Review Link 1 is the primary required destination. Links 2 through 6 are optional toggles; enabling an additional link reveals its Button Text + Review Link, and that destination URL is required.

Use clear labels such as Google Reviews or Trustpilot, then test every enabled destination from the public page.

No placeholder links

If an extra platform is not ready, leave that link disabled instead of publishing sample data or an incorrect account URL.

11

Menu Guide

Menu has core business data, then Visual Menu or Quick Products.

Simple fields

Cover PhotoBusiness/menu cover image.
TitleBusiness or menu title.
DescriptionShort introduction.
PhoneContact number.

Fields that need explanation

WhatsApp / Website URLComplete destination URLs.

WhatsApp is a URL field; example: https://wa.me/971501234567. Website URL should be the complete destination such as https://example.com/order. Test both from another device.

Exchange Contact MenuReceive visitor details.

Enabling Exchange Contact Menu reveals Button Name. Use a clear action label, then follow submissions in Exchange Contact / Address Book.

Menu: Visual or Quick ProductsThis selector changes which field group is shown.

Visual Menu is for document/image-based presentation. Quick Products shows items with Image / Name / Description / Price. Choose the mode that matches the content you want to publish.

Visual Menu — PDF + GalleryUp to 3 named PDF links and 10 images.

When PDF fields are shown in Visual Menu, use up to 3 files: clear label + public viewing URL. The current Menu Gallery exposes 10 image slots. Test document links while signed out.

Quick Products — up to 10The inspected customer editor exposes 10 product entries.

Each item contains Image, Name, Description and Price. Product 2 and later groups appear sequentially after the previous item has core data. Price is a text field, so use the display format you want, such as AED 38.

Ordering path

Quick Products presents items and information. If ordering is routed through WhatsApp or Website, test that action; do not assume every item has a separate checkout.

12

Pet / Animals Guide

Use the pet page for identification, owner contact and intentionally public information.

Simple fields — no long explanation needed

Profile ImageClear pet image.
Pet NamePet name — required in the current form.
BehaviourFriendly / Calm / Aggressive.
Age / GenderAge and gender.
AboutTitle + Description when enabled.
Breed / ColorBreed and color.
Microchip IDChip identifier when available.

Fields that need extra attention

Medical InformationPublic-facing information when the page is published.

Current fields are Medical Condition, Allergic To, Blood Group, Vaccinations and Notes. Enter only accurate information useful for identification/emergency context, and do not publish sensitive data you do not want available to anyone who scans the tag.

Owner 1 / Owner 2Contact details and WhatsApp as a URL.

Owner 1 contains Name / Phone / WhatsApp / Address. WhatsApp is a URL field; use a link such as https://wa.me/971501234567. A toggle can reveal Owner 2 with the same fields when a second contact is needed.

Photo GalleryUp to 4 images.

The current Pet Gallery exposes 4 image slots. Use clear optimized images and avoid duplicates that do not improve identification.

Web LinksUp to 3 label + URL pairs.

Each entry contains Link Name + URL, with up to 3 links. Example: Veterinary Clinic + the clinic website or direct Maps URL. Test each destination from another phone.

Pet Tag priority

Keep pet identity, owner contact and important emergency information current after any phone or medical change.

14

PDF, Files and Google Drive

For large or frequently updated documents, use a public/shareable external file URL instead of a heavy ADMAL upload.

Host and share the fileADMAL can use the link while the document remains externally hosted.

Host the document on Google Drive or another reliable service, then set sharing for the intended audience. For a customer-facing file, verify that it opens without relying on your own signed-in account.

File label + URLUse a clear label and the direct viewing destination.

Examples: Company Profile, Price List, Menu PDF, Catalogue, Portfolio. Paste the viewing URL into the relevant PDF URL / Drive URL / Web Link field, not an account-management URL.

Update the file laterDo not assume every host preserves the same URL.

If your hosting workflow allows the document to be updated/replaced while keeping the same share URL, the ADMAL link can remain unchanged. This depends on the hosting service and replacement method, so retest after every update.

Sensitive files

Do not make a document public only because ADMAL needs a link. Use appropriate access restrictions for sensitive content.

15

Images and Video

Optimize media before upload so the public page stays efficient on mobile.

What does the current editor expose?

Profile GalleryFirst slot is Photo OR Video + four additional image slots.
Menu Gallery10 image slots.
Pet Gallery4 image slots.
Cover / Profile image sizeFollow the limit displayed by the field.

Documented Edit Digital ID screenshots show Maximum image size: 1 MB for the visible Cover/Profile fields. Do not automatically apply that number to every Gallery or Video field; follow the current uploader message.

Compress a large imageResize + WebP before upload.

If the source image is 8–10 MB, reduce excessive dimensions and convert to WebP. Start around 75–85 quality and inspect the result. The goal is to get below the field limit without damaging faces, logos or text.

Squoosh is a practical option for this workflow.

VideoNo verified field-specific MB number in the inspected definition.

The first Profile gallery slot is Photo OR Video, and the inspected data does not provide a verified field-specific video MB maximum. If upload fails, follow the current uploader message or send it to support; do not randomly rename the extension.

16

Save → Preview → Test → Activate

Save is not the end of setup. Testing is required before sharing.

  1. 01
    Save Changes

    Save and confirm completion.

  2. 02
    Review Live Preview

    Check text, images and layout.

  3. 03
    Open View / Public URL

    Test the real public version.

  4. 04
    Use a second phone

Do not rely only on your own signed-in device.

  5. 05
    Test every action

Call, WhatsApp, Email, Website, Map, Add Contact, Exchange Contact, Review, Menu, Files, Social, Gallery.

  6. 06
    Test QR

View/download and scan from another device.

  7. 07
    Test NFC when used

Confirm tap opens the same intended destination.

  8. 08
    Enable

If disabled during setup, enable after testing passes.

If the page is not ready

Use Disable instead of Delete. Edit, save, retest, then Enable.

17

Share by Link, QR and NFC

Use the same digital identity through the method that fits the product.

MethodSteps
Public URLFrom Share / Show QR, copy Public URL and send it.
QRUse View QR or Download QR and test before printing.
Share via AppUse the device share sheet.
NFCIf ADMAL programmed the product, test the tap. For your own writable tag, write the verified Public URL only after testing.

QR paper test before production

  1. 01
    Use the real system QR

Do not generate a random QR for another URL.

  2. 02
    Print a temporary paper copy

Use clear contrast and reasonable size.

  3. 03
    Scan from another phone

Prefer Android and iPhone when available.

  4. 04
    Verify page and actions

    Before final production.

NFC locking

Do not permanently lock a writable tag before fully verifying the URL. Some lock methods prevent later rewrites; exact steps depend on tag/app.

18

Analytics and Report

Understand performance using multiple signals and the page goal.

Core metrics

Page OpensNumber of experience opens in the selected range.
InteractionsTracked actions such as contact/link taps depending on page type.
Recent ActivityContext for recent recorded activity.
Average Stay TimeDo not interpret it alone.

A short visit can mean the visitor reached the intended action quickly, or left without finding what they needed. Compare it with Interactions and the page goal before deciding.

Action / Contact GroupsSee which channels visitors actually use.

If a channel such as WhatsApp or Website receives meaningful interaction, keep it accurate and easy to reach. Do not redesign the page around one event or a very small sample.

Content / SWOT / ConfidenceSupporting guidance, not a raw KPI.

These indicators help interpret content completeness/strength and confidence, but do not replace Opens and Interactions. When activity is low, treat recommendations as early signals.

Read the report

  1. 01
    Confirm card and range

Card / UID / Type / Status and Selected Range.

  2. 02
    Start with the KPI Snapshot

Opens, Interactions and Average Stay Time.

  3. 03
    Review Key Findings

What Happened / What Is Working / Needs Attention / Next Check when shown.

  4. 04
    Save the report when needed

The current report is printable; use Print and Save as PDF.

Compare the same range

Compare 7 Days with 7 Days or 30 Days with 30 Days. Do not treat a range change itself as improvement or decline.

19

Exchange Contact

Lets visitors send their details to the card owner instead of one-way contact only.

  1. 01
    Enable Exchange Contact

In Profile or Menu when available; Button Name can be customized.

  2. 02
    Visitor submits details

The submission reaches the related contact records.

  3. 03
    Review data

Phone, WhatsApp, Email, Company, Source and other submitted detail.

  4. 04
    Use the appropriate channel

    Call, WhatsApp or Email.

  5. 05
    Mark as Contacted

After handling it, update the status to prevent duplicate outreach.

  6. 06
    Delete only when needed

Do not use Delete instead of Mark as Contacted.

New

Not yet marked as contacted.

Contacted

Follow-up completed; useful to prevent duplicate team outreach.

20

Address Book

The organized area for collected contacts, search and follow-up status.

FeatureUse
Total contactsAll stored records.
New contactsNew records.
ContactedAlready followed up.
This monthCurrent-month records.
SearchName, phone, WhatsApp, email or company.
FiltersStatus, source card and type.
View DetailsMessage, Page, Referrer, Created, Event ID when available.
Mark as ContactedAfter follow-up.
DeleteWhen you actually want the record removed.
Important difference

Exchange Contact is the incoming submission workflow; Address Book is the organized record/search/status area. Use Status instead of memory to know who was handled.

21

Subscriptions

There are two independent families: QR Package and Store Product/Page-Link.

Subscription type

QR PackageThe package that provides My QR link capacity.
Store Product / Page-LinkDigital service linked to a specific physical product.
Status / Period / Used / RemainingRead the subscription type before taking action.

Review Type/Product, status, From/To, Cycle when shown, and Used/Remaining for QR Package. Do not confuse QR Package capacity with a physical-product subscription.

Stop / ReactivatePause service without deleting the identity.

For a normal paid subscription, Stop disables public access/related service while preserving ADMAL Digital data and order records. If valid time remains and the state allows, Reactivate restores service without a new payment or UID.

Renew / Change PlanUse the action exposed for the current state.

Renewal/plan changes should preserve identity continuity rather than forcing a replacement QR. If Renew or Change Plan is not shown for the current state, do not create a second subscription as a manual workaround.

Free / Trial / ExpiredControls and restrictions can differ.

Do not apply paid Stop/Reactivate instructions blindly to every Free/Trial/Expired state. Follow the status and controls shown by Subscriptions. The guide intentionally does not invent a grace period that is not verified in the current source.

22

My Orders

The purchase transaction record: order, status, amount, payment, addresses and linked cards.

What you seeMeaning
Order # + StatusOrder number and status.
DateOrder creation date.
Product / ItemThe purchased product, plan or line item shown in the order.
Total / Currency / PaymentAmount, currency and payment method.
QtyItem quantity.
Linked cardConnected card when available.
Open Card / Activate CardCard actions by state.
View DetailsAdditional details.
Billing / ShippingBilling and shipping.
Created cards / Expected slots / Reorders / RetryADMAL metadata when shown.
Order ≠ Subscription

Order = purchase transaction. Subscription = service status/period. Card/QR = the digital identity itself.

23

Settings, Account and Password

Account, business, billing/shipping, plus Forgot Password when the current password is unknown.

Simple fields

Account InformationFirst name, Last name, Display name, Email, Phone.
Business / Site InformationBusiness name, website, phone, email, address, location and description when shown.
Billing / ShippingName, company, address, city, state/emirate, postcode, country and email/phone where shown.

Fields/actions that need explanation

Login / Register / GoogleDo not create a second account for the same email.

Use Register only when you do not already have an ADMAL account. In the inspected flow, Continue with Google links/uses the existing user when the same email is already known. Keep the same account for orders and digital identities.

PasswordRequirements + Update vs Forgot Password.

Current requirements: at least 8 characters, uppercase, lowercase, number, special character, and matching confirmation. If you know the current password, use Update Password. If you forgot it, use Forgot Password with the same Email or Username instead of creating a new account.

Google account + local passwordUse Forgot Password with the same Google email.

If you sign in with Google and also want a local password, use Forgot Password with the same Google-linked email. Do not register another account for this purpose.

Delete AccountA destructive action that may currently be unavailable.

A Delete Account area may appear, but the current implementation can report that account deletion is not available. Do not use account deletion to troubleshoot login/subscription problems; contact support if the goal is account/data closure.

Shared device

Log out when finished and keep the account email secure because it is used for password recovery.

24

Support and Quick Troubleshooting

Start with these checks, then send support enough context if the problem remains.

ProblemCheck first
Product missingConfirm the correct account → Orders → Subscriptions → My Cards.
QR missingCheck Subscriptions for a QR Package → My QR → Used/Remaining.
Link opens wrong placeUse the complete correct destination URL, Save, then test on another phone.
Image rejectedCheck the limit shown by that field and compress/convert to WebP.
Video rejectedFollow the current uploader message; do not assume the image limit applies to video.
Hide QR temporarilyUse Disable, not Delete.
Deleted an item from My CardsMy Cards does not expose the same Restore flow as My QR. Do not immediately create a replacement; contact support with the UID/order number.
Deleted QRCheck the Restore option during the window stated by the UI and confirm the package state/capacity allows it.
Stopped subscriptionOpen Subscriptions and use Reactivate only when it is offered for the current state.
Expired subscriptionUse Renew / Change Plan when the page offers the appropriate action; do not create a second subscription as a manual workaround.
Forgot passwordUse Forgot Password with the same account Email/Username.
Google + local passwordUse Forgot Password with the same Google email instead of registering a new account.
Customer request arrivedFollow up through the appropriate channel, then Mark as Contacted.
A visible action failsDo not retry repeatedly. Capture the message and send the UID/status to support, especially for Free/Trial/Expired states.

What to send support

  • Account email
  • Order number for purchase issues
  • UID or card/QR name for digital issues
  • Subscription status shown at the time
  • Clear screenshot of the message/page
  • Short description: what you did, expected, and what happened
ADMAL Support

If the answer is still unclear, contact support before a destructive action.

Especially before deleting an in-use QR, changing a printed Review product, or deleting an account.
