1. Cancelling an Order and Refunds Before Production Starts

First, customers may ask ADMAL to cancel an order before production, customization, printing, cutting, linking, testing, or shipping preparation begins. Next, contact ADMAL through WhatsApp to request cancellation and provide:
  • Order number.
  • Customer name.
  • Phone number.
  • Reason for cancellation.
ADMAL confirms a cancellation only after reviewing and approving the request. If ADMAL approves the request, it sends the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. However, the bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need extra processing time.

2. Customized Products

ADMAL customizes, prints, programs, links, or prepares most physical products for each customer. Therefore, each order reflects the details the customer confirms. After production or customization starts, customers cannot cancel or return an order because of:
  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect information supplied by the customer.
  • Choosing the wrong product, color, size, design, material, or customization option.
  • No longer needing the product.
  • Delays caused by missing, incomplete, or incorrect customer information.
However, customers keep their rights if a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, fails during normal use, or differs from the confirmed order.

3. Reporting a Defective, Damaged, or Non-Working Product

After delivery, customers must inspect the product and contact ADMAL within 30 calendar days if it:
  • Has a manufacturing defect.
  • Does not operate, scan, or connect correctly under normal use.
  • Arrived broken, bent, scratched, damaged, or in an unusable condition.
  • Is different from the confirmed order.
To help ADMAL assess the issue, customers should provide the order number and clear photos or videos. ADMAL may also request packaging or delivery photos, or ask to inspect the product. However, the 30-day period is ADMAL’s standard reporting and inspection period. It does not limit mandatory consumer rights under United Arab Emirates law. For example, if inspection confirms that the issue existed before delivery, ADMAL will offer a suitable solution, such as:
  • Technical correction.
  • Repair.
  • Replacement.
  • Partial refund.
  • Full refund.
In practice, the right solution depends on the issue, inspection results, repair options, and applicable legal requirements. As a result, ADMAL covers the approved return or replacement shipping cost when ADMAL or manufacturing causes a confirmed issue before delivery.

4. Important Product Care and Damage Exclusions

ADMAL cards and smart products may contain an internal NFC chip, antenna, and other functional components. However, improper handling can permanently damage these components.
Important care warning: Do not bend, fold, twist, or intentionally flex the product. Bending or folding may crack the internal NFC chip or antenna and may permanently stop the product from scanning or opening the linked digital profile.
For protection, customers must not:
  • Bend, fold, twist, or intentionally flex the product.
  • Break, crush, or place excessive pressure or heavy objects on the product.
  • Cut, drill, puncture, open, sand, or modify the product.
  • Attempt to remove, replace, or repair any internal component.
  • Expose the product to fire, excessive heat, or unsuitable storage conditions.
  • Expose the product to liquids, chemicals, or moisture beyond the product’s stated specifications.
  • Use the product in a way that is inconsistent with its intended purpose.
Therefore, ADMAL does not provide free repair, replacement, or refunds when inspection confirms that the product worked at delivery and the customer later damaged it by:
  • Bending, folding, twisting, breaking, or crushing.
  • Cutting, drilling, puncturing, opening, or unauthorized modification.
  • Scratching or physical damage occurring after delivery.
  • Liquid, chemical, fire, or excessive heat exposure.
  • Improper storage or handling.
  • Misuse, negligence, or attempted repair.
  • Normal wear and tear.

How ADMAL reviews product damage

This exclusion does not apply if the product arrived in the same damaged condition or if inspection confirms that the issue resulted from a manufacturing defect during normal use. If misuse, negligence, improper handling, unauthorized changes, or other customer actions caused damage after delivery, the customer pays a 50 AED round-trip shipping fee. This fee covers shipping only. In addition, ADMAL may offer a paid repair or replacement when possible. ADMAL will explain any extra charge and get approval before work begins.

5. Customer Information and Customization Errors

Before production, the customer must review and approve all submitted information, including:
  • Names and job titles.
  • Phone numbers and email addresses.
  • Website, social media, review, and digital profile links.
  • Logos, images, colors, designs, and uploaded files.
  • Product type, material, size, and customization options.
For this reason, ADMAL is not responsible for errors in information that customers supply or approve when it is incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misspelled. If a customer requests a correction after production starts or the product is complete, ADMAL may charge for new production, replacement, design, or shipping.

6. Digital Services, Subscriptions and Refunds

After payment, ADMAL may activate digital services, QR plans, subscriptions, public links, analytics, profiles, and other online features. After customers activate or use a digital service or subscription, ADMAL generally cannot refund that active or used period. In general, stopping or cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal or stops the service according to the plan. However, it does not automatically refund the current active period. However, this rule does not apply when the law requires a refund, ADMAL did not provide the paid service, or a confirmed major ADMAL technical failure prevents its use. For each digital-service refund request, ADMAL considers service status, activation, usage, the reported issue, and applicable law.

7. Exchanges, Replacements and Refunds

ADMAL does not provide general exchanges for customized products because of change of mind, preference, or incorrect customer selection. Instead, ADMAL treats a replacement for a confirmed defect, pre-delivery damage, failure, or incorrect product as a resolution of that issue, not as a general exchange.

8. How to Submit a Request

Contact ADMAL through WhatsApp: +971 50 405 6109 To help ADMAL review the request, please provide:
  • Order number.
  • Customer name.
  • Phone number.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Photos of the packaging when requested.
Customers should not return or ship any product before receiving return instructions and approval from ADMAL. Then, ADMAL reviews each request before approving any return, inspection, repair, replacement, or refund.

9. Processing Approved Refunds

ADMAL sends approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Meanwhile, the bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take a different amount of time to show the refund. Where legally permitted, ADMAL may deduct charges for customer-caused damage, unauthorized returns, completed customization, or non-refundable services.

10. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any mandatory consumer rights provided under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. For assistance, visit the ADMAL Help Center. General UAE consumer information is also available through the official UAE government portal.
